Jordan Parisse-Ferrarini

I'm Jordan, president at Ferrarini Permits & Planning and an award-winning design-build contractor from Philadelphia. I started building from the trunk of my family's car, growing that into Ferrarini Kitchen & Bath and other ventures like Ferrarini Electric and Northwest Development Group. I also run Trades for a Difference, a nonprofit teaching construction skills to young adults and supporting affordable housing in Philadelphia.

I hold certifications including Construction Management from Temple University, a Master Electrical License, OSHA trainer authorization, and am a licensed real estate salesperson in PA. Over the years, I've been recognized with awards like NKBA 30 Under 30, Young Professional of the Year by NAHB, and serve on the Building Industry Association board and other community roles focused on industry and leadership.
