Ms. Morgan’s intellectual property and entertainment industry experience includes film, television, music, podcasts, live events, and new media, including copyright and trademark issues, production contracts, live performance contracts, distribution contracts, publishing contracts, recording contracts, rights and clearances/due diligence, sound recording and synchronization licenses, soundtrack albums, and other entertainment industry agreements.

Ms. Morgan is also skilled in entrepreneurial legal issues, including business formation and organization matters for Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and Partnerships, and drafting commercial, corporate, and new technology agreements.
