Hi, I'm Zoe. Tech exec by day, girl mama always, and obsessive systems-builder somewhere in between. I've spent the last decade in tech, currently leading teams of hundreds, and along the way I've built a stack of side hustles (rental properties, service businesses, content) because I've never been able to sit still when there's something worth building.

I'm relentlessly ambitious, but the thing that actually drives every decision is the why underneath it. I want to do more, build more, and be wildly present for my two girls. Those aren't opposing goals for me. They're the whole point. The way I make it work is systems and AI. I run my life like an operator: every workflow questioned, every manual task on the chopping block, every hour audited for whether it's actually moving the needle.
