I'm Zia, a governance consultant and non-executive director bridging corporate governance with AI innovation. I sit on the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee at CILIP and serve as a non-exec at University of Sussex Students' Union and Charles Dickens Museum. I advise startups through Accelerated Growth Consulting and help organizations navigate compliance, risk, and AI governance. ACMA qualified, I started in microbiology at Warwick before moving into finance and governance.
