I’m a 20+ year B2B software operator with more than $2B in sales, 3 acquisitions, and an IPO.
In my last role, as CRO I led GTM for all 3 phases of the company's growth: start-up, product-market fit, and scale up, helping it grow to #1 worldwide: - from $0 to multiple hundreds of millions of revenue - from unprofitable to profitable - from 0 users to 50M+ users - from 1 product to multiple - from US-only to global business - from 13 employees to 500+
I have led and operated across sales, marketing, product marketing, product management, and CS, which allows me to diagnose issues systemically and drive change across functions.
Before software, I was a U.S. Marine Corps infantry officer leading teams of 40-150 Marines in high-pressure environments where discipline and trust were non-negotiable.
I’m also a trained comedian & rapper, which means I know how to keep it fun while doing hard things.
