Ismail Nalwala

I am the founder of Work 3 65, a subscription management and billing automation platform purpose-built for Microsoft Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). My focus is on solving the operational and revenue challenges that come with scaling recurring revenue businesses in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Work 3 65 was born out of an internal need. While running a Microsoft CSP business, we realized how challenging and error-prone billing for cloud services could be. What began as a tool for our own operations evolved into a commercial product, now used by partners in over 25 countries.

I began my journey at IOTAP, where I joined my brother and co-founder Ebrahim Nalwala and saw opportunities to build product add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on our consulting work. When we started selling Office 365, the opportunity to build recurring services became clear. We developed a solution using our internal team and commercialized it in 2018.

Since then, I’ve led the transformation of our company from a services business and reseller to a product-led SaaS company. I bring hands-on experience with an understanding of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. I work closely with our users to refine their business and operational models and help them scale recurring revenue through CSP.
