Hi, I’m Will Kelly the founder of Military Lawn Cuts, Home Service Scalers, and Outreach Media. I started mowing lawns when I was 14 years old and turned that side hustle into a 7 figure, multi location company focused on being ALL IN to grow, serve, give & be a blessing in all that we do. My personal mission is to build and develop people to become the best versions of themselves. Along the way, I built a coaching community called Home Service Scalers to help home service business owners automate estimates, streamline operations, and grow profitably. Through my media content on my YouTube channel @thewillkelly I share coaching sessions, real numbers and real stories to help entrepreneurs break past the $1M mark. Everything I do is about paying it forward and helping people grow themselves and their businesses. I believe in leading by example, staying disciplined, and serving others through business. My goal is to create great career opportunities for others who are willing to grow themselves both personally and professionally.
