I'm Wes, co-founder and CEO of Empath, a platform built to help MSPs grow their people and run smarter operations. I spent years deep in cybersecurity, as CISO at Perch Security, External CSO at ConnectWise, and VP of Cybersecurity Strategy at CyberFOX, before shifting my focus to the workforce side of the industry.
