Hey, I'm Dusan.

I’m a 27-year-old optimist actively working as a broker, CEO, and investor. Each role provides a distinct angle on fundraising, giving me a well-rounded view that will be invaluable in my path to becoming a GP (Stay tuned—I’ll keep you updated!) :)

Current roles:

→ Founding Partner of World Solver, an Investment company that helps private investors allocate funds into well-performing tech deals raising institutional rounds. → CEO of Problem Solver - A company that helps GPs find LPs and raise funds (equity & debt) for their portfolio companies.

My focus and business engagement are strictly limited to some of the following parties:

The primary focus:

→ Private investors & FOs with checks from $5k-200k looking for well-performing tech deals. → GP of II+ funds looking for LPs (Universities, FoF, FO) and funding for their portfolio companies.

Secondary focus:

→ Late-seed to Series C tech deals looking for an intro to a network of 1000+ investors (VC, FO & CVC) → Companies from EU & US with $3m+ ARR, good runway and top VC-backers seeking venture debt → Series A/B deals with strong lead VCs that are looking for co-investors (Warm intro from VC only)

My main focus: Debt Advisory (knowing all industrials terms) Equity investment (I like to have VC DD, but I'm opne minded to hear a lot of new things) I'm good in communication, I'm very fast, like to smile but also have vry straig to the point conversation with the clients
