Veemal Gungadin

Veemal Gungadin is a technology leader and keynote speaker known for his thoughtful insights into digital innovation, artificial intelligence, and the role of goodwill in driving sustainable growth. With more than two decades of experience, Veemal has successfully established secure digital infrastructures and developed strategic alliances with multinational corporations, government agencies, and key stakeholders across Singapore, Europe, the US, and beyond. After spending 25 years in Singapore, Veemal recently returned to his native Mauritius, bringing a global perspective to local challenges by emphasising collaboration, ethical practices, and meaningful impact. Through speaking engagements in 29 countries, he consistently highlights how goodwill-led strategies can deliver lasting value for businesses and communities alike.

Up until recently, Veemal was the CEO of Gevme (www.gevme.com), where he also led initiatives to build AI products like Snapsight (www.snapsight.com) and Spark (www.sparkit.ai). He is now looking forward to lead the team at Mauritius Telecom as the CEO.
