Varun Dwaraka

I'm Varun, a bioinformatician and Principal Investigator at TruDiagnostic. I built the company's first production pipelines for clinical DNA methylation analysis and led bioinformatics from the ground up. Today I focus on developing epigenetic clocks, epigenetic biomarker proxies, and multi-omic predictors, including OMICmAge and DeepStrataAge. My work has been featured on Netflix, HBO, the BBC, Forbes, and the Washington Post. I also teach epigenomics at the American Board of Precision Medicine and faculty at the Geneva College of Longevity Science.
