I'm Van, co-founder of Reflect Memory, where I'm building persistent organizational memory infrastructure for AI-native teams. I work end-to-end: research, prototyping, and production, with a focus on interaction fidelity and how humans actually process information. Before founding Reflect Memory, I shipped UI for Google Search and Android, designed AR/VR interaction models at Sony's Future Lab, and contributed to the iOS 9 app suite at Apple. At TikTok, I helped build TikTok Shop and led user acquisition campaigns that onboarded 50M+ new users.
