I'm Ben, cofounder and CTO at Employer.com, where I'm building a team and product from the ground up. Before this, I spent two years leading Gmail and Google Workspace backend infrastructure at Google, and six years scaling Simon AI's engineering org from 10 to 120 people. Earlier, I helped Box grow from 80 to 1600 people as both a Staff Engineer and Senior Manager. Cornell CS and Math gave me the foundation; the rest came from doing the work.
