I lead talent acquisition at Bender Consulting Services, where my team places people with disabilities into competitive careers in Finance, IT, HR, and Law. As a neurodivergent manager, I also oversee our workplace mentoring program and manage project work for HighTest, our digital accessibility testing solution for websites, apps, and PDFs. My whole career has been at Bender, working up from intern to Senior Manager over nearly two decades. When I'm not in recruitment mode, I'm brewing coffee on a v60 or Aeropress and nerding out with my wife Krista.
