I’m Tim, a Senior Agile Coach, Associate Pastor, and host of the Student of Life Podcast. I live in Central Arkansas and work at the intersection of faith, leadership, teams, and systems, helping people cut through the noise, think clearly, and lead with greater intent and clarity.

My path here has not been a straight line. I started as a mechanical drafter and designer at Molex, then moved into Agile and Scrum, delivery and project management, coaching, and ministry. Each part of that journey has shaped how I think about people, work, leadership, faith, and the systems we build around them.
