I co-founded Ventures'n'Law, a legal firm built specifically for the digital and tech space. We handle deals, contracts, IP, data privacy, and sector-specific regulation for over 250 clients, from pre-product startups to scaling companies. Before this, I ran Digital 2 Law and spent years embedded in the Romanian startup ecosystem, coaching teams at MVP Academy and mentoring founders across Launch, StepFWD, and Rubik Hub. I also lead the Bucharest chapter of Legal Hackers and have taught corporate law and IP at The Entrepreneurship Academy.
