Traian Stancescu

I'm Traian, Director of Software Engineering for Offline Testing Infrastructure at Aurora, where I build the cloud systems that test autonomous vehicles at scale. I focus on distributed systems, scalable pipelines, and simulation infrastructure that validate self-driving software before it hits the road.

Before Aurora, I spent years at Google as a senior engineer. I studied parallel and distributed computing at VU Amsterdam and started with computer science at POLITEHNICA Bucharest.
