I'm Tracy, a sustainability strategist and geologist turned change-maker in Canada's mining and natural resources sector. At CTFutures, I consult on strategic sustainability planning across mining, manufacturing, and beyond. Before that, I spent two years at Foresight Canada building the partnerships and pilot projects needed to decarbonize BC's mining industry. I also founded a vegan snack company, ran a textile circularity lab, and spoke at TEDx three times. My Master's in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability ties it all together.
