I'm Tom, ex chief of staff, 0 to 1 GTM and operations specialist who built NearSt from its sales launch to a £1m ARR business.

I started as the first sales hire, set up the go‑to‑market motion, then moved into a founders‑associate role fixing ops, hiring, marketing and finance before running the organisation while the CEO raised a Series A.

People say I'm a soundboard who strips ego away whilst building people up, reducing problems to first principles, and can read a room to pinpoint what’s needed so we can all move forward. I also love connecting people and getting them their first breaks.
