I run the Culture of Connection™ program to turn disengaged employees into connected teams. My book Dance Floor Theory™ explains why most employee engagement efforts fail and what really motivates people to show up and contribute. I'm also a TEDx speaker, certified Vistage speaker, and official Forum Launcher for EO, YPO, and MDS. Based in NYC, I have served on the boards of the NYC Entrepreneur's Organization and the NYC National Speakers Association, and am trained in Appreciative Inquiry and Quantum Learning facilitation. I was even named after a cat. (Yes, really.)
