I'm Tina White, founder of The Center for Transformative Grief Justice, a nonprofit reimagining grief as a public health, racial equity, and policy issue. I grew up in South Jamaica, Queens during the crack era, navigating foster care and systemic abandonment. I've spent my life transforming that pain into purpose, helping communities heal, organize, and reclaim their power. I host The Trigger and The Truth podcast, where we unpack generational trauma and mental health in Black and Brown communities.
