I'm Tina, founder of LXCouncil, where I train people to run peer advisory councils for CEOs. I developed my own methodology after becoming frustrated with my franchisor's lack of strategy. My launch approach was so successful, I became one of the top 10 franchises globally in just two months.

I wrote "Sit Down! Speak Up! Cash In!" to educate CEOs on what peer advisory groups can offer. I completed Harvard Business School's Program of Management Development and spent over 10,000 hours perfecting a model that gets new licensees generating revenue in 120 days or less.
