Tim Talty

I'm Tim, Assistant Graduate Program Director and Collegiate Professor at Virginia Tech's Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. I teach electrical engineering students and oversee our graduate programs, bringing decades of industrial product development into the classroom.

Before Virginia Tech, I spent my career at General Motors as a Technical Fellow, where I focused on IP strategy and product commercialization. I've also taught at University of Michigan-Dearborn and chaired the Electrical Engineering Department at Fairfield University.
