Tim Shi

I'm Tim, co-founder of Cresta, where we use AI to help contact center agents perform at their best in real-time. Before Cresta, I was an early researcher at OpenAI and dropped out of Stanford's AI PhD program to build this company.

I studied CS at Tsinghua and MIT before Stanford, and spent time at Dropbox working on ML systems.
