I am a positive, self-motivated person who not only enjoys personal success, but also takes pleasure in helping others to do their best in all their endeavors. I have been teaching, training, coaching, mentoring and motivating others my entire adult life. The help and advice I give to my coaching clients is based on my own real life experiences and hard-knocks education in real estate investing and business marketing. Through my years of experience managing day-to-day operations for various real estate related businesses, I have gained the knowledge and experience necessary to be effective in business marketing, sales and advertising. Further, as a consequence of my years of experience instructing, supervising, managing and helping others in business, I thoroughly understand the task of effectively communicating new ideas and concepts to others. I have an exceptional ability to bring out the best in others, and to encourage people to step outside their “comfort zone” and accomplish more than they have in the past.
