I’m Sales Director at Finominal, a fintech focused on bringing transparency, efficiency, and evidence-based decision-making to investment management. I work with financial advisers, wealth managers, and investment firms to help them use robust data, research, and technology to reduce costs and improve client outcomes.
Before joining Finominal, I founded Barker Paraplanning and FinAlchemy, supporting adviser firms with FCA-compliant suitability reporting, complex strategy analysis, and workflow automation. That experience gave me a practical understanding of the operational, regulatory, and analytical challenges advisers face day-to-day.
Much of my work now sits around portfolio analysis, benchmark design, and factor behaviour, with a focus on understanding what is actually driving returns, risk, and outcomes across full market cycles - not just how strategies are described in fact sheets or marketing materials.
My experience sits at the intersection of regulated financial planning, investment analytics, and automation. I apply that perspective to help firms adopt better tools without adding unnecessary complexity or compromising client outcomes.
I hold the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) and continue to build technical capability across data, analytics, and automation.
