I teach Leadership Skills at Hult International Business School, where I've led the program and shaped how MBA candidates develop behavioral change and coaching competencies. Outside the classroom, I consulted to many organizations around the world and collaborated with the Society for Organizational Learning North America on how organizations actually shift behavior at scale. Recently, inside the classroom, I have been developing and experimenting with the use of Agentic AI for formative feedback. This allows faculty to scale their ability to meet each student at their current level of need and help the student develop the skills and competencies required in each course. In addition, I co-founded My City At Peace, a real estate development company with a commitment to building strong communities with access to affordable home ownership.
