Aayan Agarwal

I'm Aayan, a junior at Purdue University studying computer science and AI. I was a software engineering intern at Meta during Summer 2025, working on Professional Mode. I co-founded the Humanoid Robot Club at Purdue, which now has over 1,500 members and raised more than $250,000 in less than a year. The club aims to build a walking humanoid robot for space exploration.

I research policing technology and accountability with the political science department at Purdue. I'm also the logistics chair at TEDxPurdueU, leading a team of 30 to organize one of Indiana's largest TEDx conferences. Additionally, I teach CS 180 to freshmen, helping with object-oriented programming concepts. In high school, I earned a certificate of merit from the President for a project on electricity sustainability involving solar panels and energy-efficient appliances.
