Tessa van Westrenen

I'm Tessa, founder and co-owner of Shadow Consulting. I have over 25 years of experience helping companies change how they work to become more effective and better places to work. I focus on diagnosing organizational challenges and making simple, practical plans to overcome them. My background spans organizational development, culture development, and leadership development. I've worked internationally in the energy sector across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and advising leaders. I also co-developed the certified LEAD leadership program and have various certifications including Nijenrode RvC training and scale-up coaching.

I has triplets (2 boys and 1 girl) born in 2008, a large and socially awkward dog as well as a cat that I adopted in the USA. I in a house that is from 1884 which I lovingly refurbished. I speaks fluent English and Dutch, hold a French language diploma and amworking on improving her Italian.
