Terry Keating

Terry Keating spent twenty-five years as regulatory and litigation counsel for the Pennsylvania Insurance Department before moving into private consulting. He led multistate market conduct settlements, including a complex forty-one-state settlement, and coordinated investigations with federal prosecutors.
