am an Indigenous entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and leadership facilitator dedicated to helping people move forward through personal growth, accountability, and resilience. I founded the Always Moving Forward Leadership Initiative to develop practical leadership programs for youth, men, organizations, and communities. Through my work with New Direction Consulting, I build partnerships with First Nations, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to deliver leadership development, wellness workshops, and culturally grounded programming. My mission is simple: empower people to take responsibility, build strong character, and create lasting positive change.
