I'm Tom, a professor at Harvard Business School, where I hold the Howard H. Stevenson Professorship and co-chair , our AI-powered community for founders worldwide.
Before Harvard, I spent years as a McKinsey consultant. I've since taught entrepreneurship at HBS for almost three decades and written more than a hundred case studies on how startups actually work.
