Tanya Prive

As Managing Director at Silicon Foundry, a Kearney company, I lead corporate innovation initiatives that help Fortune 500 companies and global enterprises navigate their build, buy, and partner strategies as new technologies emerge. My work centers on connecting executives with top-tier entrepreneurs, investors, and startups to accelerate growth through corporate venture investing, venture clienting, and strategic partnerships. I design engagement strategies, curate innovation ecosystems, and foster collaboration across industries to translate emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes.

Previously, I led transformational consulting initiatives for Fortune 500 C-suites and senior leaders at companies such as Adobe, Microsoft, Ipsen, and Abbvie, as well as family-owned and privately-held businesses in biotech, CPG, and technology. My focus was on fostering collaboration, building trust, and elevating team performance through executive coaching, leadership workshops, and strategic offsites.

Earlier in my career, I co-founded and scaled two venture-backed platforms, including CoFoundersLab, where I grew the community from 40,000 to 500,000 users, matched over 6,000 co-founders, and supported startups in raising $130M in Seed and Series A funding. I also spearheaded 480 in-person events across the U.S. and Europe, engaged 24,000 entrepreneurs, and drove four strategic acquisitions before the company’s successful exit.

With expertise in corporate innovation, venture investing, growth strategies, and product development, I’ve authored thought leadership for Forbes, Huffington Post, and Inc., and spoken at events including Tech Week and the Women Inc. Summit.

I am also passionate about supporting The Tiny Miracles Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing compassionate care and critical resources to families with premature babies, helping them expand their reach and impact.
