After years as a stay-at-home mother of six, Tanya and her family faced financial devastation — losing their home and enduring the profound loss of their youngest son, Callen George Hughes, whose initials and legacy now define the heart of the CGH brand.

Motivated by the desire to rebuild her family’s life and ensure that no other family faced tragedy unprepared, Tanya entered the life insurance industry with a determination to serve. Through relentless dedication and a deep sense of mission, she rose rapidly through the ranks — becoming a Platinum Elite Producer five years in a row, and consistently ranking as one of the top three agents nationwide since 2017.
