A marketing director and senior strategist with a proven track record of driving business growth across the full spectrum of marketing, from brand-level strategy to hands-on, customer-centric execution. I specialize in designing clear, data-informed strategies and translating them into highly targeted tactics that deliver measurable results.

In my current role, I serve as the company’s first-ever Product Marketing Manager, introducing a data-driven marketing framework across the organization. This initiative achieved the highest lead generation results in the company’s history and contributed significantly to revenue growth. I also launched a live commerce channel from scratch, achieving a 10x increase in sales compared to previous initiatives and establishing a scalable new revenue stream.

Beyond marketing execution, I have actively contributed to business planning, new business development, and corporate strategy. On global projects, I led cross-border initiatives involving governments, educational institutions, and international partners, and proposed strategic frameworks to support the overseas expansion of Japanese brands.

I am currently pursuing an MBA at Hult International Business School (expected graduation: August 2026), a "Triple Crown" institution accredited by AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS—a distinction held by only 1% of business schools globally. Through this rigorous program, I am integrating my extensive background in marketing and business development with advanced frameworks in strategy, finance, and organizational leadership. By collaborating with diverse global teams on real-world business challenges, I have refined my ability to drive enterprise-wide growth and lead complex initiatives from a high-level, strategic perspective.

As a people leader, I have managed teams of up to 21 members, fostering an open, psychologically safe culture that encourages candid discussion. In parallel, I have held P/L responsibility, consistently demonstrating strong ownership by driving initiatives end-to-end, from strategic design and execution to systemization and team enablement, while building high-performing, self-sustaining teams.
