Susan McHugh

I lead student technology operations for the University of Massachusetts system, overseeing ERP platforms and the teams that keep them running across campuses. Before UMass, I spent several years at Ellucian managing cloud assurance, and before that served as CIO at Mount Wachusett Community College, where I built up the IT function over nearly a decade.
