Susan Drumm is a USA Today bestselling author, keynote speaker, and expert in pattern recognition who helps executives and their teams evolve to meet the demands of a rapidly changing world.

With over 20 years of experience, she has coached CEOs, billionaire founders, and senior teams at companies like Microsoft, L’Oréal, Oracle, and KPMG to deepen their leadership capacity. Susan’s work centers on uncovering and shifting the unconscious patterns and blind spots that limit leadership effectiveness and organization results—equipping clients to lead with greater clarity, influence, and impact.
