Steven Rivera-James

I'm Steven, a Staff Software Engineer at ServiceNow (formerly Lightstep). I started in Media Studies at UC Berkeley, focusing on Digital Studies, a mix of CS and humanities. I then shifted fully into CS and never looked back. I've worked on software R&D at Sandia National Laboratories and am finishing my Master's in Computer Science at Georgia Tech while building production systems.

At Lightstep, I built notebooks, dashboards, and our internal charting library. Now, at ServiceNow, I work on observability features and agent development for multi-vendor metric analysis.
