I'm Steven, a technical product manager at Amazon focused on last mile delivery and compliance. I've spent nearly a decade at Amazon across FinTech, AWS, and Devices, building platforms that operate at global scale. Most recently, I consolidated 40+ investigative tools into a single case management platform for Amazon Flex and introduced ML-based models to strengthen payment integrity. Before Amazon, I led finance and FP&A programs at Honeywell, BMC Software, and Halliburton.
