About
I run CoachStation, where I coach middle managers in Australian organisations to lead with clarity, accountability, and consistency. Over the past decade I've worked with 600+ leaders across 80+ organisations including Toyota Finance Australia, Xero, and CBA.
My book, Falling Into Leadership, captures what I've learned from 35+ years in senior leadership and coaching. I'm also an Institute Fellow at QUT's Queensland Leadership Institute and an accredited Master Mentor with the International Mentoring Center.
