Stephanie Wyka

I'm Stephanie Wyka, Director of Professional Learning at Evress Analytics. I partner with school districts across the country to design ROI strategies that drive real gains in student achievement. I've been in public education for over 20 years, serving as a teacher, instructional coach, turnaround specialist, school administrator, and central office leader in urban districts.

I grew up in rural central Florida, and I'm a proud ovarian cancer survivor. I'm also mom to a wonderful 12-year-old with special needs. We became family through adoption, which shapes how I advocate for inclusive education and students in foster care.
