I'm Srivamsi, Agentic AI Engineer at Kai-Mation, where I build autonomous AI agents that handle KYC and merchant onboarding. I cut a four to five day manual process down to under 24 hours using LangGraph orchestration, Gemini Vision for OCR, and compliance logic that escalates intelligently when uncertain.

Before Kai-Mation, I deployed payment systems at Lumeo Finance that processed over 1 million daily transactions with 99.9% uptime. I started as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Clemson, focusing on ethical AI and user-centered design.

So the one question that people ask me is how do you know when to trust an AI and when to override it? And honestly it's the question I find most interesting too. So my answer is always you design the system so it tells you when it's uncertain. In our KYC agent that's exactly what the escalation logic does. So that agent doesn't just fail silently it surfaces its confidence level and hands off cleanly so the truth isn't blind right so it's it's earned through transparency I believeTAB
