I run Konverge Digital Solutions, where we build software that solves real problems. I've spent 20+ years in tech turning complex challenges into tools that work. Before this, I founded MenuSano and Field Eagle.

I'm known for a no-BS approach and getting things done. I host Tenacity with Sonia C, where I have honest conversations with founders about leadership, resilience, and what it actually takes to build something. I also serve on the board at Hackergal, helping young girls get into code and tech careers.
