I'm Brittany, real estate investor building a national portfolio with creative finance. I run Southern Oregon Creative Solutions and Roseburg Relax Inn, focused on traveling professionals. Before real estate I worked in banking doing internal audit, risk, and legal process management. I have an MBA and built my first systems leading teams in call centers. Now I'm scaling acquisitions with cold callers, deal integrators, and creative deal structures.
