As founder and CEO of SocialTalent, the world’s leading learning platform for hiring excellence, we work with some of the largest enterprises in the world (such as Pfizer, Cisco and Avanade) to build and scale hiring cultures. Hiring, for me, isn't just about finding and hiring great talent, it must include on-boarding and fully engaging new hires for it to be considered truly successful. I have presented these concepts at some of the world’s biggest hiring conferences across the world. I founded SocialTalent in 2010 and currently serve as CEO and lead on our Product and Content. SocialTalent is the world's most popular learning experience platform for hiring and in 2018 alone, we helped over 500 companies hire more than 1 million people. Today we employ over 70 people from our head office in Dublin, Ireland and service enterprise clients in the US, UK & Northern Europe with users in all corners of the world.

When I'm not busy chasing global domination, I'm busy raising 4 boys with my wife Jill, a special needs teacher and fellow educator. I consume endless books and podcasts, run several times a week and recently started cycling to work to keep the adrenalin flowing! I have been in recruiting for over 20 years and am passionate about the industry and making it better. I am excited by what AI is now bringing to the world or recruiting and believe that rather than being a scary thing an AI powered recruiter will finally have time to be more human!
