Before Sequoia I co‑founded and chaired Expanse, which was acquired by Palo Alto Networks, and I was a Partner at GV. I’ve worked across hardware, AI, crypto, defense, and enterprise software, and I originally trained as a physicist with a PhD from Caltech.
