I'm Simon Roberts, founder of Logisti-Call. Thirty years in UK small business, and for the last two I've been building AI that holds real conversations by phone, WhatsApp and text.

LC Engage is the part I'm best known for. It takes a list of contacts a business already owns; lapsed customers, overdue renewals, event leads, quotes that went quiet and works through it properly: an AI voice agent call, a WhatsApp, a second call, a text, all in the business's own name. When someone replies, the conversation carries on until there's a booking or a qualified lead.
