I also run Logisti-Call, where our AI voice agents answer the phones for UK logistics operators, over a thousand calls a month for one of them. So I don't talk about AI theoretically. I run it in production every day, where a wrong answer costs somebody a delivery.

That's where the craft is. Anyone can open an account on a platform. Building a Mind that genuinely sounds like you, holds your method and knows where to stop is the hard part, and it isn't a job for someone learning the tools on your reputation.
