Sidhika Goenka

Hi, I am Sidhika Goenka.

I am a Parenting Expert, School Psychologist, Counsellor, Life Coach, and the Founder of Super Parenting Hub (SPH).

For over 18 years, I have been helping parents raise confident, self-motivated, emotionally intelligent, and future-ready children. Through my work, I have guided thousands of families in improving communication, reducing power struggles, strengthening relationships, and helping children develop what I call their Inner Compass—the ability to think independently, make wise decisions, take responsibility, and stay true to themselves.

I hold a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University and a Master's degree in School Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, USA. Combining psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and practical parenting tools, I created the Inner Compass Parenting System™, a framework that helps parents move beyond shouting, nagging, rewarding, and punishing to create lasting transformation within their families.

Through Super Parenting Hub, I have had the privilege of impacting over 30,000 families through coaching programs, workshops, certifications, and community initiatives. My mission is to help parents raise children who are not only successful academically but also emotionally strong, resilient, screen-smart, self-aware, and capable of thriving in an ever-changing world.

I believe that parenting is not about controlling children—it is about empowering them.

My vision is to activate the Inner Compass in 1 million families and raise a generation of children who can think for themselves, make conscious choices, lead with confidence, and create meaningful lives.
