Shereene Idriss

I’m Dr. Shereene Idriss, a board-certified dermatologist in New York City. After completing George Washington University’s seven-year BA/MD program and a Tufts dermatology residency, I zeroed in on lasers and pigmentation.

What I do • Lead Idriss Dermatology, a Midtown practice for evidence-based medical and subtle cosmetic care. • Host #PillowtalkDerm (started 2018), turning dense studies into nightly clips for 1 M+ TikTok fans—mirrored on YouTube and Instagram. • Create Dr. Idriss Skincare, launched 2022 with Major Fade formulas for discoloration, now sold D2C and in U.S. Sephora.

What I’m great at • Translating journal data into clear, witty analogies that cut through hype. • Crafting pigment-safe treatments and products tested on diverse skin tones. • Building a science-first community that crowdsources questions and fact-checks misinformation.

What I’m working towards

Growing reach—expanding the #PillowtalkDerm audience so trustworthy skin info spreads faster than myths.

Scaling the brand—rolling out new products and deepening awareness online and on Sephora shelves.
