Sharnita Gates​

I'm Sharnita, founder of Fertile Hearts Foundation and the Innovative TechKnowledgy Institute in Atlanta. I spent over a decade in IT, doing QA automation and software engineering at The Home Depot and Cricket Wireless, and now I channel that background into building community and developing people. My focus is on discipline, culture, and what I call "building mature humans."
